Returns Policy

• New goods may be returned for a full refund if the product is found defective; however, any other items in perfect condition may only be returned for credit within the store. If an item has been used and is then returned, it will incur a cost of the hire charge for the amount of time in possession of the purchaser plus a restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price.
